Refund Policy

From Farmers is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in its refund and cancellation practices. This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our website, including food products and educational services. By placing an order or enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy – Food Products

From Farmers deals in agricultural and food products, including organic and natural produce. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of food items, refunds and returns are strictly regulated.

All food products sold by From Farmers are subject to a strict “No Seal, No Refund” policy. Once the original packaging seal is opened, broken, tampered with, or removed, the product shall not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. This condition is implemented in accordance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations applicable in India.

Customers may request a refund only within five (5) days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product is returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Valid proof of purchase and order details are provided.

  • The refund request is submitted within five days of delivery.

Refund requests made after five days from the date of delivery shall not be entertained.

Refunds may also be considered in cases where:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

In such cases, the customer must notify From Farmers within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence.

Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.

From Farmers shall not be liable for refund claims arising due to taste preferences, minor natural variations in agricultural products, improper storage after delivery, or delay in accepting the delivery.

2. Refund Policy – EdTech Products (Courses & Training)

From Farmers also provides agricultural training programs, online courses, and batch-based educational services. Due to the nature of digital and educational services, refunds are limited.

Refunds for courses or training programs shall be permitted only before the official start date of the class or batch.

Once the batch has commenced, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including:

  • Non-attendance by the participant.

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal scheduling conflicts.

  • Dissatisfaction after course access has begun.

If a participant wishes to cancel enrollment, such request must be submitted in writing before the batch start date. Upon approval, the refund shall be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be deducted.

If From Farmers cancels or postpones a batch, participants shall be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Enrollment in a future batch.

All course materials, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of From Farmers. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in:
